Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout efektivnějšího řešení pořízení investice v podniku Lasmetal s.r.o. Dalším cílem je v souvislosti z hlavním cílem zhodnotit výhodnost způsobu financování investice a navrhnout způsob financování pořízení investice v budoucnu. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navrženy postupy při pořizování investice a doporučen nejefektivnější způsob financování investice.The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to propose a more effective solution for investment acquisition in Lasmetal s.r.o. company. Another purpose in this regard is to evaluate profitability of the way to finance this investment and suggest ways of financing of the acquisition in the future. Based on outcomes, acquisition processes and the most effective way of investment financing is proposed.

Strategy Proposel for Building a Profitable Multi-level Marketing Business

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem víceúrovňového marketingu jako oboru pro samostatné podnikání jednotlivce. Posuzuje pozitiva a negativa této metody podnikání a rozdílnost od podvodných modelů. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje zejména na navržení konkrétních postupů vedoucích k vybudování stabilního příjmu v tomto odvětví a k tomu využívá současné poznatky o víceúrovňovém marketingu, základní metody určování kompetencí, kompetenčních modelů a koučování.This diploma thesis deals with the multi-level marketing issue as a branch of business opportunities for individuals. It weighs pros and cons of this business method and its difference from misleading models. This diploma thesis proposes a specific approach leading to gain of a stable income level in this industry. It uses present knowledge of multi-level marketing, basic competence definition methods, competence models and coaching.

Mobile App for Logging of Automobile Costs

Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť a implementovať mobilnú aplikáciu pre zaznamenávanie spotreby automobilu. Aplikácia je určená pre operačný systém Android. Má umožniť užívateľom jednoducho a efektívne vkladať nové záznamy o čerpaniach paliva. Na základe týchto záznamov  im následne zobrazí celkový prehľad o nákladoch ich vozidla. V tejto práci je zachytený postup vytvárania takejto aplikácie, jednotlivé etapy návrhu, implementačné detaily a testovanie výslednej aplikácie. Tiež sú tu uvedené a rozobraté podobné existujúce riešenia.The goal of this thesis is to design and implement a mobile application for the recording of a car's consumption. The application is made for the Android operating system. It lets the user easily and effectively input new refuel data. Based on this data the application can show the user an overall view of their car's costs. This thesis focuses on the creation of this application, individual stages of design, implementation details and the testing of the application. It also states and analyzes similar existing applications.

Design of switching amplifier used in negative impedance dispoal for the active control of transducer's acoustic impedance

We present a concept of "active material" with variable acoustic properties, being constituted of an electroacoustic transducer which acoustic impedance can be changed by an active mean. Among the different ways to obtain variable acoustic properties on an electroacoustic transducer's voicing face is the shunting of the transducer's electrical input. With such shunt devices, the acoustic impedance that the transducer's membrane presents to the acoustic field comprises an acoustic equivalent of the electrical load that can take many values within a specified range. The shunt strategy can either be a passive, with a simple resistor for instance, or active, by way of a negative resistance circuit including at least one operational amplifier. The advantage of the active mean is that it should theoretically allow obtaining very high values of acoustic impedances, in other words to even obtain perfect isolating acoustic material. Though, the use of the operational amplifier presents many drawbacks such as operational instability, high sensitivity to adjustments, and inefficient electrical energy transfer in the electronic circuit. Moreover, when it comes to absorbing/reflecting very high sound pressure levels, these devices are pushed towards their functional limits. In order to counteract the aforementioned problems, a switching amplifier has been designed for the negative impedance disposal. The present work will describe the design of such a switching amplifier for enhanced stability and performances of the active material concept. Theoretical considerations will be compared to experimental (acoustical and electrical) assessments of a prototype, highlighting the main advantages and drawbacks of such disposals, and leading to concluding remarks on general behaviour and possible means of enhancements

This system makes use of various object detectors on an image to ensure functionality, as well as active tracking of objects detected in this manner. Adjustments are later applied to these detected objects which ensure sufficient level of anonymization. Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnutie a vytvorenie automatického systému pre anonymizáciu videí. Tento systém na svoju činnosť využíva rôzne detektory objektov v obraze a taktiež aj aktívne sledovanie takto zdetekovaných objektov. Na zdetekované objekty je následne aplikovaná úprava, ktorá zabezpečí dostatočnú mieru anonymizácie. Hlavným prínosom takéhoto systému je urýchlenie anonymizácie videí, ktoré bude následne možné zverejniť.The goal of this thesis is to design and create an automatic system for video anonymization. Porovnanie algoritmov na analýzu sekvencií pohľadu

Sledovanie pohľadu si v súčasnosti nachádza uplatnenie v rôznych oblastiach v praxi (napr. pri testovaní použiteľnosti aplikácií), ako aj vo výsku-me, kde je využiteľné ako jeden zo zdrojov implicitnej spätnej väzby pri mode-lovaní interakcie a vlastností používateľa. V tomto príspevku sa venujeme po-rovnaniu existujúcich algoritmov na analýzu sekvencií pohľadu, ktorá slúži na hľadanie opakujúcich sa vzorov, umožňuje identifikovať rôzne stratégie použí-vateľov alebo ich skupiny pri interakcii s Webom. Vytvorili sme systém, ktorý spracúva dáta zo sledovania pohľadu a poskytuje prostredie pre porovnanie týchto algoritmov na rôznych dátových množinách. V práci opisujeme doteraz nazbieranú dátovú množinu, identifikované problémy existujúcich algoritmov a možnosti ich ďalšieho vylepšenia
